Our outlet, decked with orange and green balloons (a nod to our flavorful chilies and chutneys), drew in a lively crowd from Westend mall shoppers to joggers from the Parihar Chowk park. It was truly a sight: people eagerly gathered, chatting about their previous experiences of Thecha Vadapav elsewhere and speculating if Aundh’s would taste even better (secret: it’s exactly the same authentic taste everywhere!). We’re happy to report – Aundh gave us one of the warmest welcomes yet, with a record-breaking first weekend of sales. The local foodies here have a discerning palate, and seeing them give a thumbs-up (some, with teary eyes from the spicy kick, yet big smiles on their faces) was incredibly rewarding.

It sold out every evening in the first week! The success here solidified our belief that no matter how modern or cosmopolitan the locale, the soul of Pune still craves that authentic, hearty, street-side flavor. And we are more than happy to deliver.
